Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the source files have been released to you upon purchase. All sales are final. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

Customization Requests

Minor Revisions: We offer unlimited minor revisions to ensure your design meets your expectations.
Customization Process: To request customizations, contact us via email with your design ID and specify your text or color preferences. We will work with you through email to finalize the design. Once finalized, the updated files will be sent to your email.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All design packs and materials provided by VistaKit are the intellectual property of VistaKit and/or our designers. You are granted a limited license to use the purchased designs for personal or commercial purposes, but you do not own the copyright to these designs.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our design packs without our explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

VistaKit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
